- Once fabric has been cut, we will not accept returns. Please ensure your order is correct before proceeding with the purchase.
2. Delivery Options
- Delivery can be arranged via courier at the purchaser's cost. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery location.
- In-store collection is also available. Please select this option at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order directly from our store.
3. Color Accuracy
- While we strive to represent our fabric colors as accurately as possible in photographs, it is very difficult to achieve exact color matches. Colors may vary due to differences in monitor and screen settings.
- If you are placing an order based on a picture, please be aware that this is done at your own risk. To ensure you receive the desired color, we recommend requesting a fabric cutting before placing your order.
